Enjoy completing this 6 week pre-recorded programme in the comfort of your own home, all you need is a mat and resistance band!
Beyond prenatal and postnatal training, this highly energetic 6 week programme is packed with intensity and variety! Like all of the other programmes, Bodyfit & Beyond will also provide options of non-impact/lower intensity for those who need it.

Requirements
This programme is not recommended for those who are recently postnatal or just starting back into exercise after having children. Phase1 is highly recommended instead.
A light resistance band with handles is required. This can be purchased on the Bodyfit Mums shop.
